About Us
Welcome to Sawmill Creek Farm!
My name is Megan & along with my husband Rob we live on a 2nd generation 50-acre farm in Pelham, ON. Rob grew up with his parents farming the land on which we now live, and I grew up in the suburbs of Niagara Falls. Love & marriage landed me on the family farm, and the rest is history. I always dreamt of having a small subsistence farm, and now this dream has become a reality! It has been the biggest learning curve of my life, a true city to country experience, but the the most rewarding also.
We are passionate about advocating for a better local food system, which involves local farmers feeding their communities. This coming year we are excited to contribute more in this area by feeding you!
Discover Our Farm
Sawmill Creek Farm is a 50-acre family farm located in North Pelham, in the Niagara Region. 15-mile Creek runs through our rural Niagara location, and along with our farm fields, gorgeous hillsides, large trees, our vintage wood fence, and much more, we have a diverse nooks & crannies.
Currently on the farm our animal family consists of our beautiful egg-laying chickens, our fierce guard dog, Utah, and our 3 hard working barn cats. Every year we raise chickens & pigs for meat, and grow a wide range of produce. Our small scale farming makes us more of a homestead than a full-time farm operation.
